How much does delivery cost?

Delivery throughout Trinidad and Tobago costs $40. Cash on delivery is only available for deliveries in Trinidad.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Trinidad deliveries are sent out on Mondays only and are delivered within 2-3 days. Tobago deliveries are sent via TTPost and take 2-3 days. Please allow 1 processing day after the order is placed. 

Do you ship to Tobago?

Yes. Tobago orders are shipped via TTPost.

Where is my order?

If your order is shipped via TTPost (Tobago deliveries) please call 800-TRAK(8725) and use your tracking number to locate your package. For Trinidad deliveries please email or message us to provide you with the tracking info.

What’s your return policy?

Can I change or cancel my order?

To make a change or cancel your order please send us a Facebook or Instagram Message. 

How can I pay for my order?

Payment can be made via bank deposit, cash on delivery or credit/debit card. Credit or debit card payments are accepted via Endcash. Cash on delivery is not available for preorders as they must be paid in full before the item arrives. 

What happens if I receive a damaged item?

If your item is damaged please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

No, not at the moment.
